Customized protections
for specific uses.

AS THE USE OF EQUIPMENT/DEVICES ALWAYS DIFFER,
A TAILOR-MADE DESIGN IS A MUST IN THE SOLUTIONS WE CREATE AT TAIR

First meeting

The kickoff meeting with the customer is a determining step towards a successful project.

During this meeting, we identify the need, how the product is used, and which characteristics are expected for the protection to be designed.

Project framing

After our initial discussions, a project framing is submitted.

Nous étudions l’appareil, son environnement et ses modalités dWe study the device, its environment, and how it is used in order to define the requirements in terms of protection, design, ergonomics, solidity, customization and identification.

A truck driver, a courier, an engineer on an oil platform, a retail order picker, a police officer, a firefighter, a nurse or a sniper do not have the same constraints.

For this reason, we fine-tune the specification to offer a solution that best matches the needs together with a coherent schedule and target price.

Product sourcing

We source the most innovative materials which are best suited to the project: fabrics, mesh, leather, silicone, TPU…

Coming from a luggage and upholstery background, we have developed an extensive knowledge of all textile materials, and have integrated the mastery of complementary materials, such as silicone.

Our sourcing business gives us the opportunity to perfect our protections with appropriate accessories (stylus, strap, carrying equipment, etc).

Design office

The outlines of the mission are set. Designing can begin.

The creative department is made up of designers and prototype engineers. They create a first version of diagrams, plans, ideas, and material sourcing for your approval.

The design office works on 3D design softwares to develop these dedicated and innovative solutions.

Manufacturing

We put forward the best manufacturing conditions.

A sample production is made in our workshops by our prototyping team, followed by an industrial study carried out on our machines (i.e. laser cutting machines, sewing machines, high frequency welding machines, etc.)

This is a key stage to approve the project and to set up the manufacturing (operating range), control, and packaging full processes.

Quality control

The guarantee of a compliant production control, throughout the project.

Our production is checked at every stage, before moving on to the next stage. During packaging, each product is subject to a final visual check and other tests.
